We are dancers… and you are too! As young children, all of us automatically started to dance when we heard music. We swayed and marched and wiggled to the beat, as the music literally moved us. Music is so powerful!

As we grew up, most of us were (unfortunately) expected to resist that impulse to dance whenever we heard music. Maybe we just tapped our toes to a good beat, right? But that primal need to move our whole bodies is still inside us, and Line Dancing is a great way to rekindle the natural impulse to dance, no matter how long it’s been. Dancing is good for your body AND your brain!

About us… Lauren is a lifelong dancer, a dance advocate, musician, and choreographer, and has been teaching line dancing and leading an annual Halloween flash mob of dancing witches in Orange County, California, since 2021. Through this Halloween event, Lauren and Sara met, and have danced together ever since, with Sara evolving quickly from student to instructor and party leader. Sara is your lead teacher in Rancho Santa Margarita and at Daily’s Sports Grill twice a month, while Lauren is now developing new classes in Washington state.
